Prepare to Relax
To ensure you have the best possible experience during your mobile massage session, we’ve created a simple guide on how to prepare for your appointment.
By following these easy steps, you’ll help us deliver the most effective
and relaxing massage tailored to your needs.

Prepare your Space
-
Clean & Quiet Environment: Please ensure that the space where the massage will take place is quiet, clean, and free from distractions. For the safety of our staff, all pets must be confined to a separate space. We highly recommend turning off noisy devices (phone, tv, etc) that might interrupt the session.
-
Adequate Space: A space of 6-8 feet in diameter will be required to allow for mobility and proper setup of the massage table or chair. Ideally, choose a space with controlled lighting and ventilation.
Prepare yourself
-
Hydration is of utmost importance to help your muscles recover. Please ensure you're hydrated prior to your appointment.
-
Wear loose, comfortable clothing to make undressing easy, if necessary. A robe is a great option. You will remain draped with towels or sheets during the session, but comfort is key!
-
Please be prepared to begin at the appointment time.
Prepare your therapist
-
Every client will be required to complete an online intake questionnaire. This information is essential to prepare your massage therapist to provide customized care for your needs. Your therapist will need to know and understand any medical conditions or allergies in advance (e.g., skin conditions, recent surgeries, medications, or pregnancy).
-
Let us know if you prefer a lighter or deeper touch or have specific areas of tension. Communication during the session is key to making sure you feel comfortable and get the most out of your treatment.
-
Focus on breathing deeply and releasing any tension in your body to maximize the benefits of the massage.
Prepare your recovery
-
After your session, we recommend drinking plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the massage.
-
Avoid intensive physical activity for the next 24 hours; avoid heavy exercise to allow your muscles to recover.
-
The best part of a mobile massage is the ability to relax in your space following your session. Allow your body absorb the benefits of the massage. Take it easy for the rest of the day if possible.
